What is Oppositional Reflex?

Kate Abbott, Petra Burke & Liz Palika on Pet Life Radio

Oppositional reflex is a commonly used term that refers to the actions of your dog when pressure is applied. A good example is when your dog pulls hard on the leash as you're acting as an anchor. The word reflex isn't appropriate for these actions though as it truly isn't a reflex. Tune in and hear what Liz, Petra, and Kate have to say as they explain this action and what a more appropriate term might be.
