Let's Be Friends
We know a lot about our clients, because we ask. The importance of this cannot be stressed enough. The more we know, the easier it can be to spend the day with your pet at our grooming shop. In this episode we wanted to discuss the benefits of letting your groomer know as much as you can about what’s been going on. In other words, be friends with your groomer.
