Dr. Hal Little

Howell “Hal” Little, DVM

Dr. Little is the Director, Field Veterinary Services for Merial Limited. Hal received his DVM from the University Of Georgia College Of Veterinary Medicine in 1981.  After graduation he practiced in two busy small animal hospitals in the metro Atlanta Georgia area prior to joining Hill’s Pet Nutrition in 1986. Dr. Little has been involved within industry in a number of sales management, marketing administration, technical services and training roles. Hal joined Merial in December of 2005 as Director, Professional Alliances and was promoted to Director, Field Veterinary Services in May 2006. As Director of FVS, Dr, Little manages a team of 31 Veterinarians. Those veterinarians function as the technical resource for Merial’s 30 PETS Sales Districts, internal Merial customers, all of the US Veterinary Colleges, and practicing veterinarians and their health care teams.
