BIO:

"In the winter of 2018, three friends were sitting around a table at a local coffee shop catching up on each other's lives. The conversation turned to one founder's doggy buddy, Jacob.  Jacob was inadvertently ingesting pieces of his various toys which was causing potentially harmful ailments.  In addition, Jacob was eating his meals way too quickly.

Another founder, relayed his sympathies while adding that his buddy, Monroe was getting bored being couped up inside for most of the day.  This is when the third founder chimed in that her cat was experiencing similar boredom.

The three started to bounce ideas and recommendations off each other. When they came to the conclusion that they needed to come up with a solution on their own.

Fast forward to 2019, the three founders had manufacturing relationships in China.  So the three teamed up with a pet trainer, designer and the manufacturers to produce their very first Snuffle Mats. Their goal was to help not only their own pets, but others to eat at a slower pace while making meal time a little more interactive.  In addition, hoping that these mats could be used entertain their pets outside of mealtimes.

It turned out that their own buddies loved the mats and thus Injoya was born.  They started to produce Snuffle Mats and introduced them to the market in late 2019 (formally incorporating in January 2020)."
