The Crocheting Cat Behaviorist

Isabel Alvarez Arata on Pet Life Radio

Join Isabel and her guest, Pam Webster, the Crocheting Cat Behaviorist, in a discussion about cats and stress. Pam tells us about the many cats she works with as a cat behaviorist and how stress affects them. With a background as a vet tech, Pam has worked with families to address many different cat behaviors. She also helps cats and their people harness-train in preparation for family adventures. Working with individual clients and preparing rescues for their forever homes, Pam understands the needs of cats.

Because Pam makes custom cat blankets, we talk about cats AND crocheting - Pam's two passions. She shares with us how she got into crocheting and we play a game to bring everyone, crochet fans and otherwise, up to speed on crochet trivia. Meow!!!

BIO:

My name is Pam Webster. I recently graduated from Animal Behavior College, and am a certified cat behaviorist. I started designing my cat calming blankets for my cats, and then I started making some for the cat rescue I work with, Kitty CrusAIDe. My cat calming blankets not only help cats to relax, they can also help you to trim your cat's nails, and help with any injections you need to giv your cat.
