BIO:
I entered the pet industry with my role at PetHub which began as a marketing position that assisted the sales department and resulted in my being appointed as the director of marketing. A position that highlighted my management, marketing, writing and organizational skills. Upon leaving PetHub, I joined DOGTV as their Director of Customer Support and Project manager. In this role, I've impacted each department ranging from Customer Support to Marketing to Production and Public Relations. I have needed to manage multiple multi-faceted projects simultaneously while working independently and as a member of a team.
Prior to working in the pet industry I was an admissions professional in higher education with public and private, two and four-year college experience. Experience with hiring, training, and management of college tour guides. I am a skilled public speaker.
My remaining free time is spent as a blogger, freelance writer, photographer, and volunteer for local animal rescue organizations. I am an award-winning writer and photographer.
