BIO:

Hi there. I'm Michael.

And for me, this is personal. After a traumatic childhood accident that landed me in isolation care for three weeks—without even my parents to comfort me—I struggled with severe anxiety and a profound sense of disconnection from other people.  It was our family dog, Cora, who broke through my shell and skillfully reconnected me with the rest of the world. It was her social catalyst effect that, quite literally, saved my mental health.

Fifty years later . . .

. . . in my role as Senior Partner of Human Insights for a multinational company, I see the many problems businesses face—especially when it comes to building trusting relationships with clients, customers and patients.  As it became clear that dogs' superpowers, expressed through photographic wall art, can solve many of these problems, I founded a non-profit to help businesses thrive while supporting dogs in need.
