Sarah C. Bell-West, PhD
Scientist and Healthcare Product Manager, Clorox Healthcare
Sarah C. Bell-West serves as a technical liaison for Clorox Healthcare where she supports the development and implementation of surface disinfection solutions across the healthcare continuum. Sarah holds a doctorate degree in chemistry from the University of California, Berkeley and is an active member of the Association for the Healthcare Environment (AHE) and Association for Professionals in Infection Control and Epidemiology (APIC). She has authored articles in infection control periodicals as well as developed and presented educational sessions for medical, dental and veterinary professionals on topics including disinfectant selection and ways to improve cleaning and disinfection compliance in healthcare settings.
Richard Lowe, PhD, MPH
Associate Research Fellow, Clorox Healthcare Research and Development
Dr. Richard Lowe is an Associate Research Fellow in research and development and he serves as a technical liaison for the Clorox Healthcare business working across the healthcare continuum. Richard leads a wide range of technical and clinical support efforts for Clorox Healthcare’s portfolio of cleaning and disinfection solutions. Dr. Lowe has a PhD in chemistry from the University of Manchester, UK and a Master in Public Health from the University of California, Berkeley.
