Kristi Von & Josh Henry
Kristi loves dogs and is a self-proclaimed “crazy dog lady.” She has always had dogs, and cannot imagine a time when dogs won’t be a huge part of her life. Now, she is mom to Sadie, a sweet Pit Bull/Boxer rescue dog, and two French Bulldogs named Ruger and Remington. Kristi also loves to travel and hopes to take her dogs on a cross-country road trip one day. You may recognize Kristi from the show, The Doggy Dish. She’s excited to host what is sure to be another hit show on PetLife Radio!
Josh also loves dogs (full disclosure: Josh often wishes he were a dog. I mean, they’ve kinda got it made, right??? Anyway…). He grew up with dogs. Much of his childhood was spent playing with dogs. In fact, he doesn’t really remember a time when his family didn’t have at least two dogs. He even went to a college where the mascot is a dog! Now, he is a daddy to a sweet lil Pit Bull pup named Stella Rose, and she is the apple of his eye.
Josh also loves to travel, and he’s done a pretty good bit of it - 27 countries and 3 continents so far (and he’s probably visited about 40 of the 50 US states). He hopes to do a lot more of it though, as there’s still a whole lot left to see and experience.
The idea for this podcast came to Kristi during a bout with insomnia, which is typically when her great ideas are born. Combining her love for dogs and traveling seemed like a good idea, so she and Josh (her partner in life and love) decided to combine their entertainment backgrounds (they’re both actors, writers, producers, etc.) with their love of dogs and travel and voila! - Have Dog, Will Travel was born!
