20%-60% of dogs are not considered adoptable due to behavior issues and thousands are killed each year in shelters and rescues because they are not considered safe for adoption. My guest today helps to make some of those dogs adoptable; gives them a second chance at life. His name is Thommy Harley and he’s a trainer who specializes in dogs with behavior issues in shelters.
